Job Title - Biomedical Field Sales Service Engineer (FSSE) – ICU Medical Devices
Experience Required: 1 year - 3 years
Salary: 1,50,000 – 3,50,000 p.a
Function: ICU Product DEMO, User Training, Sales, Service support
Roles & Responsibilities:
Schedule and perform the DEMO, installation, operation, repair, and service the equipment
Understand clinical principles and product usage
Answer customer’s questions (clinical and technical) on how to use the product
Conduct device demos on patients
Train nursing staff on product usage, storage, cleaning, and trouble shooting
As FSSE engineer to get feedback from doctors/stakeholders on the DEMO of equipment
Service support such as troubleshooting
Installing, calibrating biomedical equipment and software
Evaluating the safety, efficiency and effectiveness of biomedical equipment and software
Maintaining & repairing biomedical equipment/provide technical support, when needed
Keeping UpToDate service histories on the biomedical equipment
Requirement
Experience: 1 year - 3 years
Education: Bachelor’s in nursing/Biomedical engineering
Strong communication skills
Basic understanding of Physiology/Clinical terms and/or medical device
Experience of working in hospital and communicating with Doctors
Experience in ICU sales/service would be a plus
